Order Fulfillment Time: At Anizooies, we strive to fulfill your orders promptly. Typically, it takes 3–7 days to process and prepare your order before it is shipped out. The actual shipping time may vary based on your location but can be estimated as follows:
- USA: 3–4 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Shipping Origin: We partner with an on-demand order fulfillment company that operates worldwide, ensuring efficient order processing and delivery.
Customs and Taxes: For international orders, please be aware that additional customs and tax fees may apply. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are beyond our control. Customs regulations vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office to understand any potential duties and taxes related to your purchases.
Order Tracking and Delays: If you haven't received your order within the expected timeframe, please take the following steps before reaching out to us:
- Review your shipping confirmation email to ensure your delivery address is correct.
- Contact your local post office to inquire if they are holding your package.
- Check with your neighbors to see if the courier left the package with them.
If your shipping address was accurate, and the package isn't at the post office or with your neighbors, please contact us at help@anizooies.com and provide your order number. If the delivery address was incorrect due to an error on your part, we can arrange for a replacement order; however, the shipping cost will be your responsibility.
